Observation

-Small cars that could be choking hazards and could have parts fall off were accessible to younger children. -Exit window in the front bedroom ('Nap Room') had a security grate on it. -Chest freezer in the 2nd bedroom ('Eating Room') was not made inaccessible by a child proofing device. -Electrical outlet by bathroom sink was not tamper resistant/GFCI type.
